What are we learning about this term?
This term, our learning question focuses on
How have toys changed?
We will be talking about the toys we play with now and how these have changed over time. We will carefully consider what toys our Grandparents may have played with! We will finish the topic off by looking at Christmas and The Nativity story.
English
Our English lessons this term will be based on ‘Dogger’ by Shirley Hughes, ‘The Tunnel’ by Anthony Browne and ‘Lost in the Toy Museum’ by David Lucas. We will have lots of fun whilst also applying our phonics knowledge to write words, phrases and sentences.
